Free Technics B.V., like any other company, has to abide to rules and regulations set by ethics, but also rules set by the government.
Going even further, Free Technics B.V. is a member of the HISWA-organization. Part of this organization is an arbitration board, which gives binding advice in case of disputes. The HISWA has written, for motivational reasons, a set of Terms of Delivery. Free Technics B.V. is committed to keeping herself committed to this set of rules.
However, also the use of our website is also bound to certain rules. We assume that anyone engaging in a business-relationship with Free Technics B.V. or using our website, has notified him- or herself of the rules.

Terms of Delivery
By being a member of the HISWA organization, Free Technics B.V. has committed herself to the conditions set by the HISWA. These conditions consist of two parts, being:
• the HISWA General conditions (reg. nr. 203/1998) for all deliveries to private clients and
• the FENIT General Terms and Conditions Information Technology (reg. District Court of The Hague, June 3rd 2003 nr. 60/2003) for all Business to Business deliveries.
